We charge a monthly fee based on turnover or projected turnover in the case of new enterprises and on the complexity of the individual business. This fee is agreed before the service commences and is reviewed annually and adjusted for inflation.
Guideline fees are as follows:
Turnover below 50,000 80 per month Turnover 51,000 to 80,000 120 per month Turnover 80,000 to 150,000 150 per month Turnover 151,000 to 250,000 200 per month Turnover 251,000 to 400,000 250 per month Turnover 401,000 to 1,000,000 360 per month Turnover 1,000,000 + 450 per month
These are only guidelines and can be amended if turnover is large and documentation volume low, or vice versa. We will discuss your business and service requirements and then agree a fee with you.
All fees are + VAT @ 21% . All fees are payable by Direct Debit on the 2nd day of the following month.

The basic fee is 3.50 per employee per week + VAT @ 21%. Monthly employees are charged on the pay week only. This fee applies where the payslips are sent in bulk to the workplace for distribution. If individually posted and additional fee of 0.68 is charged as the payslips are a non-standard size and this is reflected in the postal cost. Swiftpost of payslips, if requested, is charged at the postal rate applicable.
There is a once off set up cost of 100.00 + VAT@21% to partially offset the costs of setting up the payroll. This cost is waived if we can be supplied with a Sage Micropay disk from which employee details can be down-loaded.
