The payroll package provides the following services:

· Weekly\Fortnightly\Monthly Payrolls - we can run any combination of these to suit your payroll.

· PAYE, PRSI and Pension Deductions - all deduction are clearly stated on the payslip and on the management reports.

· Benefit in Kind calculations - we will calculate the notional pay for any BIK such as company car, preferential loans, provision of accommodation.

· Secure Payslips - these can be sent either in bulk to the business premises or individually

· Electronic Bank Transfer - net pay can be transferred directly into the employees bank accounts

· Management Reports- weekly gross pay analysis, electronic transfer reports, monthly PRSA statements. Custom reports can also be created.

· Departmental costing - where employees are differentiated by department reports are created showing the breakdown of departmental payrolls.

· Filing of P30 and P35 returns - Revenue returns are filed via R.O.S. and payments can be made by direct debit.

· Printed P45 and P60’s - all legal documents relating to payroll are printed with accordance to legislation. Copies are held on file for reproduction.

· Advice on Employment Legislation - as a member of IPASS we have up to the minute information on all employment legislation and can give you advice on employment issues such as bank holiday entitlement, annual leave, working hours, benefit in kind, pension and PRSA schemes etc.
